Assignment No.4

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
(With Its Essence and Insights from the Blogger)

1. What is the importance of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs?

-the importance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is that we can to understand what motivates people. We will believe that people possess a set of motivation systems unrelated to rewards or unconscious desires.

2. In your on opinion Do you Believe in maslow's theory?

-Yes, I believe in Maslow’s hierarchy of need because one person must start at the beginning before going to the his/her goal. Just like counting numbers, we have to start in number one before number 10 same as maslow’s hierarchy
One must satisfy lower level basic needs before progressing on to meet higher level growth needs. Once these needs have been reasonably satisfied, one may be able to reach the highest level called Transcendence.

elf-Esteem, Inner Confidence, Positive Self-Talk

After watching the video presentation, I realized that sometimes we are so busy making ourselves believe that physically we are not the world’s standard. We keep on thinking that we are not beautiful. We keep on saying that physically we are not the ideal one.
The video is so inspiring it showed something that you must have appreciated about yourself. You might think that you are not beautiful but there are people out there who really appreciated your beauty. The beauty that God has given to you
“Who really am I?”

I am Jade Berdera Cahulogan. I was born on August 11 1998 and I live in P-8 Hamogaway, Bayugan City. We are 5 in the family. My father’s name is Arman B. Cahulogan he is a businessman and also involve to farming. My mother’s name is Mabel B. Cahulogan she is a housewife. I have two siblings namely: Jave B. Cahulogan and John Paul Cahulogan. Jave is in Grade 10 she is studying at Bayugan National High School and my brother John Paul is in Grade 5 at Hamogaway Elem. School. In our family we have already experienced ups and downs in our lives and I am very proud to say that those trials that we have encountered made our family as happy as we are right now. God made our family happy, satisfied and contented by the guidance of loving our loving parents. I treasured my family so much. They are more than golds and diamonds to me.

I have accepted that I am an ideal girl that boys have been dreaming of. Seriously speaking, I realized that I don’t need a man in my life. Why did I say so? Simply  because they can’t make me happy, they can’t make me feel satisfy and contented. Way back when I was in second year High School at Father Urios Bayugan. I got a boyfriend he was my choir mate. Our relationship last for 11 months and 29 days. I thought I was deeply in love with him but then one day I just woke up, realizing that I am just fooling myself, trying to make myself  believed  that I love him but the truth is I never did. Now, I told to myself that I won’t let my life complicated. For me, I believe that having a man in my life is being to myself and yes I have accepted that one.

After reading the question, “What do you appreciate about yourself or your life? I stopped for a moment and I meditated. Then I found out that I am one of those people who are very generous. I appreciated myself for being like that. Generous not financially because I am not yet financially independent I am still dependent to my parents. I am generous in my own way. I am very generous in giving my time to my loved ones: to my family, to my friends and to my mommylove. I always make sure to spend time with them. I always listen to their unending drama’s in life, to their agony and to their happiness. Ever since I always find time to give my ears to them no matter how busy I am. I also appreciated myself for being so loving even to those who are unlovable like me.

I have a lot of achievements in life. Some of these achievements are medals, awards and diplomas. I considered these things as great achievements in life because I worked for it. I still have a lot of goals in life that I wanted to achieve and one of these is to become a teacher and share what God has given to me. I am very sure that sharing what I have and inspiring other people would be my greatest achievement in life.

I love those trials that I encountered in my 16th years of journey. Because without those trials.  My life would be so pale and boring. Those trials molded me to become the best person as I am today.
